Look what happened in York County, SC (NOTE: SOUTH CAROLINA, NOT HERE) in December 2019! In the face of rampant overdevelopment, they halted all rezoning applications through March 31, 2021, to make time to study their infrastructure needs and contemplate what they really want for the future of their county. The rule prohibited new apartment, condo and townhome projects not already underway and increased minimum lots sizes for homes.
Isn’t it time for similar action in OUR York County?
